Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. We share it only with the following service providers, and only as far as their service requires:
Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting.
Resend (USA): delivering contact form messages to us by email.
Google LLC (USA): business email service.
WhatsApp (Meta): only if you write to us on WhatsApp.
These providers’ servers may be located abroad; transfers are made in line with the procedures in Article 9 of the KVKK. Where required by law, data may be shared with competent public authorities.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as the purpose requires and for the limitation periods set by law; after that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed and to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties it is shared with; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and deletion or destruction, and to have these notified to recipients; to object to an outcome against you resulting solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You may send your request in writing to the address above or to info@hokenekpartners.com. We will respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the request involves an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
